Non-Affiliate Regulations

If in the buildings and on the grounds of the University of California, non-affiliates have to abide by these regulations.

These regulations were implemented on October 28, 2008, following the guidelines set forth in Education Code section 92440.5. They govern the conduct of non-affiliates, and violation of any of these guidelines is a misdemeanor. Non-affiliates on University property should be aware of these guidelines, as they will be expected to comply with the law.
