Statistics reflect number of people cited, not number of incidents.
The Clery Act requires the reporting of all employee arrests and disciplinary actions for drug, liquor and weapons violations occurring in the Clery-reportable areas.

*UC Berkeley incorrectly reported 85 public intoxication cases in the 2009 campus unverified stats. An audit during the 2010 data collection disclosed the error and the corrected 2009 data is now reflected.
